Order Changes:
You may request changes to your order details or shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note: We cannot guarantee changes once the order begins processing, which usually starts immediately after confirmation.
To request a change, email us at or reply directly to your order confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at or replying to the confirmation email.
If the order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, do not accept the delivery. Once the package is returned to us by the courier, we will issue a refund after deducting ₹200 as return handling and shipping fees.
Important Terms:
EMI/Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may request store credit instead, subject to a deduction of ₹200 or 5%, whichever is higher.
Sale/Discounted items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Previous orders cannot be cancelled to apply new discounts or sales. In rare cases, store credit may be issued after the sale ends, subject to our approval.
