Please read below our delivery and shipping policy, before placing your order, so that you are clear of the process!
Things to know about our delivery and shipping:
1. DELHIVERY Logistics for deliveries across India.
2. DHL, and FedEx for international shipments.
3. We offer free-of-cost delivery within India.
When will you receive the order?
For Domestic Orders (within India):
- We take 1 business day to process and dispatch your order.
- Any order or payment received after 1 PM will be processed next day.
- It takes 4-7 business days for the order to be delivered across India.
- However, for providing wrong or limited delivery address or contact details or for specific customize products, it could take
some extra days to dispatch and deliver your order.
Note: For Prepaid undelivered Order:
- Authorized Logistics - Refund will only be processed once the shipment is marked CANCELLED or RTO.
- Special Shipping or SPEED POST or EMS - Refund will be processed once the shipment is received back at our warehouse.
* Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take up to 20 days to deliver. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However, this not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation or refund.
For International Orders (outside India):
Our delivery partner for international orders are DHL, FedEx or DELHIVERY. It takes up to 7-12 business days from our end to deliver regular orders, but for custom orders it may take an additional 2 days to clear the custom payment and KYC which has to be done by you, the customer.
Please note: The shipping charge for international orders varies, depending on your country. And custom duty has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.
