We truly want you to love your purchase, and we completely understand that sometimes an exchange may be needed. Since all our products are made from 100% Real Human Hair, they are personal-use items and require special hygiene care to ensure every customer receives a fresh and safe product.
Human hair products cannot be reused once worn or handled extensively, so items showing signs of use may not qualify for exchange under hygiene guidelines.

Please carefully go through the conditions below if you wish to exchange a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.
General Conditions
1. We do not offer direct returns. We only accept Exchange request.
2. If you face any issues with your order, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
3. A valid reason must be provided for the exchange.
4. Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
To cancel your new order, please email at care@goldtipshair.com within 12 hours of placing order.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
· Sale Orders / Discounted Products.
· Orders purchased using a coupon code or store credit.
· Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions or in-studio trials.
· Products not in Original condition or that have been colored, chemically treated, or damaged due to styling, post-purchase.
Exchange Process
For Domestic Orders (within India):
1. Log in to your account and choose the product you want to exchange with a valid reason or Email us at care@goldtipshair.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the exchange & arrange a reverse pickup.
3. During a reverse pickup, always ensure the product is well packed and sealed in the original condition before handing it over to the pickup agent. Please make a repacking video to avoid any return, damage or lost issues, while the shipment is in transit.
4. Once the product reaches back to us, it undergoes a quality check (QC) to ensure it’s in its original condition.
5. Once QC is approved, we will process the store credit & will be issued to you within 7-10 working days.
For International Orders (outside India):
1. Email us at care@goldtipshair.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
2. If approved, you’ll need to ship the product back to us. Note: Reverse pickup charges are to be borne by the customer.
3. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we’ll issue the store credit to you via email.
Important Instructions
· Ensure the product is in the same original condition as when received.
· Used or altered products (washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or brushed for curly or wavy hair) will not be accepted.
· Record an unboxing video before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products.
· Exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
· Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when exchanging it.
· INR 200 will be deducted for all exchanges for logistics, prepping, and packaging purposes.
Refund and Store Credit
· WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
· Store credit will be issued after deducting Rs 200 and can be used for future purchases or gifting.
· Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.
· Products bought after issuing the store credit are not eligible for exchange.
Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take up to 20 days to deliver. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However, this not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation or refund.
